Rooted in Nature Festival

Wildbird Recovery invites you to join us for our inaugural wellness event “Winged Spirits – Rooted in Nature Festival” on August 8, 2026 from noon to 4 PM at Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy (120 Forsythe Road, Valencia, PA 16059)! The location for this event is our 14-acre property designed to protect natural resources and that has been described as helping with “inner peace” and “healing” for both wildlife and humans. We will have businesses and individuals who nurture mental, physical, and emotional health through natural healing present during the Rooted in Nature Festival. It will be a day of nature, nurture, and connection with the community.

Tickets for this event are able to be purchased (in-person) the day of the event. There is the option to purchase admission tickets in advance under the section “admission tickets” below until Thursday, August 6, 2026. The admission ticket is a donation that supports Wildbird Recovery, Inc; a 501(c)(3) organization so your charitable donation is tax deductible.

If you are not able to make our event and would like to make a donation to our Rooted in Nature Festival, please visit our Ways to Donate website page. Thank you for wanting to make a positive impact! Your presence will be greatly missed.

Continue to check back for updates! Most recent update made on July 6, 2026.

Batch in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania is a women owned business. Meghan and Jessica are two women with one dream, to live a life growing, creating, and eating. Most all of the ingredients that go into their products are either grown by them or as locally sourced as possible  according to the season. Their vision is to connect the produce and the people who grow it directly to the food that they create. This makes our jams, jelly and whatever else we create fresh and bursting with local flavor.

Whimsical Animal and Woodland Paintings and Prints

Acorn Woods Illustrations is a cozy little corner of the forest where whimsical creatures and storybook landscapes come to life. Inspired by fairytales, folklore, and woodland adventures, Brittni creates artwork that feels like pages from a story waiting to be discovered. Artist Brittni holds a BFA in Painting and Drawing, and every Acorn Woods collection begins as a hand-painted watercolor and gouache illustration before becoming prints and gifts. From these paintings, grow art prints, stationery, bookmarks, and stickers designed to bring warmth and imagination to everyday life. Brittni also hand-draws wood-burned original pieces and decor on wood, combining traditional pyrography with hand-painted details so that every piece is uniquely its own.

Whether you’re a booklover, daydreamer, or someone who finds joy in mossy forests and curious woodland creatures, Acorn Woods Illustrations invites you to slow down, wander a while, and take home a bit of enchantment. Every piece is thoughtfully and lovingly crafted with rich colors, quality materials, and the hope of making your home a little cozier.
