Join us at Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy for programming that will provide your homeschooler with an enriching and educational experience. Learning opportunities are correlated with PA State Educational Standards for Science.
The Fall 2025 programs are broken into the following:

- Homeschool Hangout open to all ages *Families stay with optional participation in themed activity
- Starts September 29, 2025 (last Monday of the month) through November 24, 2025 from 1 PM to 3 PM
- Grown-ups can stay with siblings (not joining the themed activity) to hang out in our outdoor areas while classes are running. The Homeschool Hangout cost is $5 per child (additional cost for themed activity participation).
- There is the option for children ages 5-12 to sign-up and participate in a themed activity that will be with an instructor and separate from those who are coming to hangout and explore.

Enrollment is now open for our Fall 2025 programming. Please email us at education@wildbirdrecovery.org with any questions regarding age and/or sibling discounts.
**Note About Age**If you are wanting to participate in our homeschool programming and you aren’t sure if your child can be placed in a different age group – please do email to discuss further. We understand that children are at different learning levels and age doesn’t define that level.
Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy does have a minimum class size of six (6) children in order for the classes to be held.

There is a $15 per student registration fee for Fall 2025 programming. This fee is waived for families who have a current family membership.
Purchase a FAMILY – Traditional Membership to take advantage of the discounted pricing. Once you navigate to the Membership Page – click on the Wildbird Recovery – Traditional Membership Form button in order to access the Form to request the FAMILY membership. Once the Form has been submitted, a representative form Wildbird Recovery will reach out to you via email with instructions to process payment. If you require assistance to determine the membership that is the best fit, please email membership@wildbirdrecovery.org.

Let us know that you are interested in registering your child(ren) by completing the Homeschool Selection Fall 2025 Google Form. We will then reach out to you via email to confirm enrollment. Please be sure to check your “Spam” email folder to avoid a missed communication from our organization.
There is an important navigation update when leaving Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy. If you plan to make a Left turn onto State Route 228 W to connect with Route 8, please plan to make a Left out of our driveway to connect with Harbison Road. If you make a Right out of our driveway to connect to Davis Road, PennDot has put up NO LEFT TURN signage from Davis Road to State Route 228 W.
