Paint Workshop – Mommy & Me Owls

We are hosting a mommy & me painting workshop on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 1 PM to 3 PM at Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy in Valencia (southern Butler County). The owls are part of the Kele Collection – each handmade by Laura Beck. This Collection is inspired by Wildbird Recovery’s Barred Owl ambassador, Kele.

We have limited spacing available inside our classroom. Registration will open with 10 spots and then we will gauge interest to determine if more spots can be opened.

Please consider bringing brushes to the event – especially if this provides you greater comfort during your time with us so that you have the tools you’re comfortable with using when painting the owls. We will have tables and chairs available for your use. All supplies (brushes and glazes) are included in the cost of the paint workshop. Ceramics will be ready to pick up at Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy approximately 1-2 weeks after being kiln fired.
